We greatly enjoyed this place - recently refurbished hotel.
The rooms with very comfortable 4 poster bed, balcony, as for instance were brand-new. The staff were pretty friendly and amicable the whole time. The position was good and fab, bars and pubs are close to the hotel.

The suite I got was included with a balcony, TV and a four poster bed. Good and absolutely perfect location in the centre of town was a plus. The atmosphere created was family...

Spent my time lovely here. The hotel has good and beautiful location just next door to the buses, ferry to Strangford village and lough-side walks and the 1 taxi based there and restaurants and beautiful places to stroll. Also, it was 2 miles from Seafront promenade: D

The place is super comfy and the breakfast was really delish! Tracy, the owner, was such a lovely person and went out her way to help us out. The location is pretty chill, right near the aquarium and some lovely walks around the lough. It was a great spot to relax and enjoy the views!
the towels could've been a bit softer and there weren't many dining options nearby.

Staying at Roomz was good! Tracey, the landlady, provided a warm welcome, and breakfast featured good options, including delicious chocolate cakes. The location, close to the aquarium, offered fine views, though I wished for slightly softer towels. A fantastic experience.

Tracy's warm hospitality. The room was super clean, equipped with tea, coffee, and biscuits, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast offered a good 'Ulster Fry' alongside options for vegetarians. The proximity to scenic walks and the lough added to our wonderful experience, complete with dolphin sightings .

Just an excellent fit for a break on a long journey in Portaferry with good price value. The beautiful room had a perfect view of the sunset, made our stay nice. Plan to arrive early for better parking options.

Amazing Stay with Dolphins!
We spent a night in a cozy twin room, and it was perfect for exploring. The beds were super comfy, and the place was super clean! Breakfast was great-delicious Ulster Fry. We even saw dolphins while we were there, such a treat! Just a bit noisy at times. Loved the bar area too.

Roomz in Portaferry genuinely surprised me. The bed reminded me of a cloud, giving me the perfect night's sleep. The room itself was clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was a highlight. The baked chocolate cakes were divine. Tracey, the owner, was cute and went out of her way to assist with local tips. The atmosphere was cozy, like a home away from home. The only downside was the lack of an extra mirror in the room. It made getting ready a bit tricky for me, but that's just a minor detail. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning soon.

Couples will love it
The breakfast was really good with a fantastic Ulster Fry and even a veggie option for my sister. The staff were friendly, especially Tracy, who went out of her way to, she even drove us to our appointment when we were in a pinch.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

The breakfast served at Roomz blew my mind, especially those baked chocolate cakes! The staff, particularly Tracey, were a delight and offered excellent tips on local eats. Plus, the cozy atmosphere was a bonus.
This is a pure nitpick, a mirror in the room in addition to the one in the bathroom would have made preening easier for two females getting ready, but honestly, everything still shined.
